Cookie and Ad-Measurement Notice — Festival Registration Forms

This notice explains the cookies and similar records (local / session storage) our festival registration forms (register.sultanstango.com) create in your browser, and the data transfer for ad measurement that happens only if you choose "Accept".
1. Two categories

"Accept" and "Reject" are equal choices. "Reject" affects nothing about your registration, your price or our services. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the form; on "Reject" the Meta Pixel stops on this page, the records marked "deleted" below are removed from your browser and nothing further is sent to Meta (transfers made before withdrawal are not undone). We ask again after 12 months.

Ad-measurement rows are created only if you choose "Accept"; before that, your browser makes no request to Meta. No Google or TikTok tag is used on these forms.
3. What is sent to Meta — only with your consent
By choosing "Accept" you give your explicit consent, for the purposes of measuring how well our ads perform and building our ad audiences on Meta, to:
- the creation of the Meta Pixel cookies and records listed above in your browser, and
- the transfer of the fact that you viewed the registration page and completed your registration; your IP address, your browser information (User-Agent), the Meta cookie values (_fbp, _fbc) and the Meta click identifier from the page link (fbclid), the amount and currency of your registration, whether your registration includes a Cup (competition) entry, and the address of the registration page (with click identifiers removed) to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (processor: Meta Platforms, Inc.) — both from your browser (Meta Pixel) and from our server (Meta Conversions API).
The two transmissions carry the same event id; Meta counts them as one "registration completed" event.
Your name, e-mail address and phone number are never shared with Meta in any form, not even hashed. Your registration number, booking reference or any other internal identifier is not sent. Use for personalised advertising (remarketing) is included in this consent: the fact that you visited the page may be used to show you ads for our tango events on Meta's platforms.
Meta's servers are located abroad; the transfer is made under the provider's business/advertising terms and the data transfer agreement attached to them.
If you do not consent ("Reject", or continuing without a choice): the Meta Pixel is not loaded, your browser sends nothing to Meta, our server sends no event to Meta; your registration records only the campaign parameters (utm_*) for our own measurement and your choice (Reject / none) — no click identifiers, cookie values or browser information.
4. Our own measurement (independent of consent)
We keep, in our own system, the link you arrived from (utm_* parameters; the last click within 7 days) and your form steps, to evaluate our advertising and communication channels (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), legitimate interest). This data is not sent to any ad platform; only the organiser team sees it, in the "Sources" summary of the registration list.

6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (information, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent) by writing to info@sultanstango.com. Withdrawal is also possible through "Cookie preferences" → "Reject"; it does not undo transfers made before.
